About Me
As a Humanistic & Integrative counsellor, I believe in the worth of all individuals, treating people fairly and valuing difference. I welcome diversity and inclusivity, as it allows me to value the uniqueness of everyone. My own personal life experiences have shaped who I am today and how I choose to live; courageously, authentically, with love, kindness, respect, and integrity.
Throughout my life prior to becoming a counsellor, I have experienced different types of relationships and challenges within my career and personal life. I understand what it is like to experience bereavement, challenging relationships, family dynamics, relational breakdowns, chronic illness, redundancy, and lifestyle changes, all of which gives me insight into the challenges my clients might be experiencing.
I make time to walk in nature, practice yoga, and enjoy music. I also love cooking and trying new recipes with friends and family.
